Responsible Use Policy
TopArab.casino gives affiliates and operators a free-to-play blackjack tournament. This policy sets the rules every tenant follows so that the game stays honest, adult-only and within the law.

This text is provided for information. The Arabic version is a translation; if the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
1. A free-to-play game
The blackjack tournament is entertainment played with virtual chips. Every player gets 10,000 free chips per tournament, with no refills. There are no deposits, no shop, no paid power-ups and no way to turn chips into money. A tenant may label chips with a currency name, such as "USD", to make the table feel realistic, but the chips stay virtual. You can see how the game and scoring work on our blackjack tournament page.
This policy is part of our terms of service. Every tenant agrees to follow it.
2. 21+ only, no targeting of minors
- Keep the 21+ age confirmation that players see when they start the bot. Do not remove it, hide it or tell players how to get around it.
- Do not target minors in any message, image, ad or channel. Do not use characters, slang, influencers or placements that mainly appeal to people under 21.
- If you learn that a player is under 21, remove them and tell us so we can delete their data.
3. No real-money gambling, no selling chips
- Do not present the game as real-money gambling. Do not say or suggest that players can "win real money" by playing the tournament.
- Do not sell, buy, trade or exchange chips, accounts or leaderboard positions, and do not let anyone else do so in your channels.
- Do not run side bets on the game or link chip balances to any payment.
4. Prizes: describe them accurately and honour them
Prizes are a bonus balance at the sponsoring casino with 1x wagering. When you announce a prize:
- describe it accurately as a bonus balance at the casino, with its 1x wagering requirement;
- state the amount, the ranks that win and the tournament period clearly, and keep your prize table and your /prizes list up to date;
- make sure your casino partner credits every prize you announce, and mark it credited in the dashboard;
- do not change prizes after a tournament has started in a way that disadvantages players.
You and your casino partner are solely responsible for paying the prizes you promise.
5. Local laws and platform advertising rules
Gambling and gambling advertising are restricted or prohibited in many countries, including many Arab markets. You are responsible for checking and following the laws and advertising rules of every country you target. We describe how the market works, but we do not give legal advice.
You also follow the rules of every platform you use, including Telegram and any ad network, such as Telegram Ads or PropellerAds. If a platform does not allow your campaign, do not run it there.
6. Responsible gambling messages
The tournament itself has no real money, but tenants often promote casinos alongside it. Wherever you promote a casino, in your channel, broadcasts, promo ads or on your website:
- show a clear responsible gambling message, for example "21+ only. Play responsibly.";
- link to support resources for people who need help with gambling, suitable for the countries you target;
- do not present gambling as a way to solve money problems or as a source of income.
7. No spam
- Respect the weekly DM cap for promo ads. Do not try to get around it, for example by creating extra bots for the same audience.
- Message only players who started your bot, and follow Telegram's rules on bots and bulk messaging.
- Do not add people to channels or groups without their consent, and do not buy or import contact lists.
Over-messaging also hurts your own results, because players who feel spammed block the bot.
8. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate a tenant that breaks this policy. Where it is reasonable, we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. For serious cases, such as real-money use of the game, selling chips, targeting minors or spam, we may suspend at once. A suspension under this policy does not entitle you to a refund, as explained in our billing policy.
9. How to report abuse
If you see a tenant or a player breaking these rules, for example a channel selling chips, a bot that skips the 21+ confirmation or a prize that was not honoured, email collaborate@toparab.casino. Include the bot username or channel link, what happened and screenshots if you have them. We review every report.
