Billing Policy

1. Free trial

Every new tenant starts with a free trial of 3 months. The trial starts on the day your tenant account is created and ends 3 months later. You do not need to pay or share any payment details to start it. During the trial you have the full platform: your own Telegram bot, channel and staff group, tournaments, leaderboard, web table, broadcasts and promo ads.

We send you a reminder by email 7 days before your trial ends, so you have time to decide and pay if you want to continue.

2. Plans and prices

One subscription covers one tenant: one bot, its channels and its web table. If you run several bots, each one needs its own plan. Our pricing page always shows the current prices. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

3. How to pay

All payments go through our payment page:

1. Choose your plan (monthly or yearly) and your network (TRC-20 or ERC-20).
2. Send the exact amount shown, in USDT, to the address shown for that network.
3. Click "I paid" and enter your account email, your bot username and the transaction hash (TX hash) of your payment.

The transaction hash lets us find your payment on the blockchain and match it to your tenant. Keep it until your plan is active.

4. Accepted networks

We accept USDT on two networks only: TRC-20 (Tron) and ERC-20 (Ethereum). We do not accept other coins, other networks, cards or bank transfers.

Always check that the network you send on matches the network you selected on the payment page. A payment sent on a different network, or to a wrong address, may be lost permanently, and we cannot recover it.

5. Network fees

Network fees (gas) are paid by the sender, on top of the plan price. The amount that arrives at our address must match the plan price. Fees on TRC-20 are usually lower than on ERC-20, but they change with network conditions, so check your wallet before you send.

6. Underpayment and overpayment

If the amount we receive does not match the plan price, we contact you by email.

• Underpayment: your plan is not activated until you top up the missing amount. Send the difference on the same network and reply with the new transaction hash.
• Overpayment: we agree with you how to handle the extra amount, for example as credit towards your next period.

7. Activation

We activate your plan after the payment is confirmed on-chain and we have matched it to your account. Your paid period starts on the activation date, or at the end of your current trial or paid period if you pay before it ends, so early payment does not cost you any days. You receive a confirmation by email when your plan is active.

8. Renewal and reminders

Renewal is manual. Because payments are crypto transfers that you send yourself, we never charge you automatically. We send a reminder 7 days before each paid period ends. To continue without interruption, pay for the next period through the payment page before the current one ends.

9. Invoices

Invoices are available on request. Email us with your account email, the transaction hash and the business details you want on the invoice, and we will send it to you.

10. Cancellation

To cancel, simply stop paying. There is nothing to switch off and no notice period. Your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you prefer, tell us by email and we will note the cancellation.

11. No refunds for paid periods

Paid periods are not refunded, in whole or in part, including when you stop using the service before the end of the period or when a tenant is suspended for breaching our terms of service or our responsible use policy. The 3-month free trial is there so you can test the platform fully before you pay.

12. What happens when your plan ends

When your trial or paid period ends without renewal, we may pause your tenant: the bot would stop running tournaments and the web table would stop accepting play. We contact you before pausing. Your tenant data, including settings, tournaments and player data, is kept for 90 days. If you pay again within that time, you continue where you stopped.

After 90 days the data is deleted automatically. You can also ask us to delete it earlier by email. Payment records are kept as long as accounting rules require, as described in our privacy policy.
